DevTools landing site

Using the SaaS Design system already installed in this project, build a monochrome (black and white), multi-page developer-tool landing site with the sixth SaaS Design landing template (DevTools). Keep the art direction strictly monochrome on the foreground and background tokens so it inverts cleanly in dark mode: a hairline framed grid, tracked uppercase monospace eyebrow labels, and a primary button that uses the foreground color with background-colored text. Build a shared header and footer that wrap an in-template router, so every nav and footer link opens a real page. The home page leads with a hero featuring a terminal block, then a logo marquee, a bento features grid, a row of supported frameworks, a built-from-divs deploy-dashboard mockup, a testimonial, and a closing call to action. Add working pages for Features, Docs, Pricing (three-tier with a highlighted plan and an FAQ), Changelog, About, Blog and a single post, Careers, Contact, and the Privacy, Terms, and Security legal pages, with the header nav and the footer columns switching between them and scrolling to the top. Use plain benefit-first developer copy with no em dashes, and respect reduced-motion preferences.
