Short Answer: It depends on your needs and specific use case, but overall, I would recommend using Hostinger in 2025 - specifically Hostinger Horizons if you're looking to get a website up quickly.
Up until this year, my answer would've been different — but after using Horizons, it's pretty amazing: you'll be able to get a website up fast without any development skills or coding. With WordPress, there are a lot of manual customization options and hands-on control with the code, which can be ideal if you're a developer.

There are multiple products that they have, but my favorite is Horizons for creating websites quickly with no code.
Pros: Generate a beautiful site quickly, no code needed. Simply prompt it!
How it works: You prompt its AI to let it know what kind of site you're looking to build. And it looks fantastic. It even generates the copy. If you want to change anything like the colors, layout, text, or anything else — simply tell it in the next prompt what you want to change.
Here's an example of something I built using it (no code was needed, it was created entirely based off AI prompts):
PostGeneratorTool.io, a SaaS tool I built to grow your LinkedIn - this is the homepage (above).
So as you can see, it also saves design time as well. And you can customize anything in the prompts after that.
Cons: If you're looking to get more hands-on with the code, this might not be your first choice. It's very much centered around prompts and "talking" to it with AI in order to generate what you want. But for me, I loved this because I didn't want to mess with code and just wanted to build it with no code.
Takeaway: It's great if you're looking to get a beautiful site or web app up quickly, with no coding experience needed.
Over the years, I've built many, many WordPress sites. So I feel I can compare the two in a concise, straightforward way:
Pros: WordPress has templates to get started quickly, but whenever you need customization, you'll often need to work directly with code somehow. If you need modifications beyond the themes offered by WordPress, if you want to be writing and modifying the actual code, this is great.
Cons: Installing and properly setting up WordPress and all the necessary plugins can be fairly technical. And if you need to customize a theme, it may require writing or modifying actual code.
Takeaway: WordPress may be better suited for developers. If you don't like being in the actual codebase itself, then keep in mind that you may have to do that in WordPress if you want to customize things beyond what's in the templates.
Whether you're using WordPress or Hostinger, every website requires a hosting plan.
When most people use WordPress, they find a web host and then purchase a plan with that host and install WordPress.
So, the price will vary depending on your needs and what plan you're on. If you can create a site with no code, it'll save a lot of time compared to having to code or design.
